  • I have been a proud member of Nix Door and Hardware since 1990.
    When I was hired on I was unsure what the job would lead to. I started as a delivery driver and helper in the hardware department.
    After a few years, I was promoted to Hardware manager. As time went on Nix door was growing very quickly, and as a result I was promoted to manage our door department.
    This was a great opportunity for me to continue my growth with Nix Door and Hardware. As a result, Nix Door has provided me with a great career and my family with a wonderful life.

  • Hello, my name is Angie Kirkpatrick. I’ve been an employee of Nix Door and Hardware for almost 35 years. While over the years the company has had many changes, faces have come and faces have gone, the one thing that I feel has always remained and is a true strength of our company is the “family” atmosphere and great working environment that we have. There are many that are not as fortunate to be able to say that. We are a “small company” with BIG hearts. It’s a privilege to service our customers, for without them, there would be no us.

  • Dear Nix Door and Hardware Customer,

    My name is Ruben Villanueva. I have been a Nix Door & Hardware team member now for over 4 yrs.
    It is an honor for me to say, “I am the Fleet Manager,” however I also assist in several positions such as, driver, door/fireplace/hardware installer, building and ground maintenance, or any duty I am asked to assist for our customers satisfaction.

    I would like to personally thank all of our customers and co-workers for the opportunity and support. As a team member I work together with my co-workers for our customers attention and service. I personally welcome to the Nix Team with a firm handshake all potential and/or new applicants. I assist them in training and try to answer any questions they might have. It is important to me to arrive everyday at Nix as my family and co-workers depend on me to assist them in providing food, shelter, clothing, and education.

    In closing I look forward to keeping and earning you future business. I will continue to elaborate with my co-workers the importance of our customers success and satisfaction.

  • It is a blessing and an honor to get to come to work every day in an atmosphere of openness, positivity, and togetherness. You may have noticed that I used the word “get” meaning that I get to come to work, not that I have to come to work, there’s a huge difference. The main difference being that it’s not a chore; yes, I’m responsible for showing up everyday but doing so in a manner of getting to makes it so much easier for everyone involved. Knowing that I can provide for my family in such a way gives me so much joy and confidence in what I do and how I do it. Nix is a team that will go the extra mile not only for their customers but also for the people that work there. That mentality shows in how they interact, treat, and work with everyone each and every day. I am blessed to be a part of such an uplifting team!

  • I have had the pleasure of working for NIX Door almost 22 years. I have really come to value the connections I have made with my co-workers and long term customers.

    The company stands behind me. It is great working with a team of talented people that have one goal, the satisfaction of our customer, by providing excellent service and products.

    Working for Nix has provided a conduit to accomplish my personal goals in customer satisfaction, financial well being, and a place to be of service to others. I am able to provide a way of giving to my church, missions, and charities. A personal goal is to strive each day to be the best I can be at what I do.

  • Since I have been working with Nix, I have been Grateful to be able to Work with this company because it allows me to discover new areas around me whenever I am deliverining. I am able to Work with nice home owners/clients and always do my best to do my job. I am thankful for working with Mr. & Mrs. Nix. And this company since Mr. Michael Nix was alive, They were/are two very nice people. Now the new bosses that own the company are very nice, and I believe this company and the people working here will keep working together well as a team.
